Service Request
Once a repair request is submitted, the customer is required to send the item to our fulfillment center at [580 5th Avenue, Suite 900, New York, NY 10036] or drop off at [15 Mercer Street, New York, NY 10013] for evaluation.
Upon receipt, the item is reviewed by our repair team, who will assess the condition and determine the cost of repair. If there is a charge, the customer will be notified before any work is performed. If the cost is approved, payment will be processed and the item will be repaired. If the customer chooses not to proceed, the item will be returned in its original condition.
